I have been fortunate enough to have a career in human resources, organization and talent development for more than 20 years. While I started my career at Accenture doing Change Management consulting, I quickly found my best fit with dynamic, fast-paced founder led companies. My particular niche is helping founders along each stage of their company’s journey as they reach key inflection points in their business to align talent with the evolving culture and changing needs of the business.
I have led the people function for seven founder led tech companies. As the VP of People & Culture at Conga I led the people strategy in a high growth climate from 17-250 employees a change in ownership, executive team and three acquisitions. In my most recent role at Red Canary I led the company through a stage of growth from 175 to 450 employees and across the 100M ARR milestone.
